I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry tablets for cleansing the colon. I cancelled my subscription before a week was up because it didn't work as well as what I was currently using.
fic-fac's cancellation letter acknowledged I had stopped my account and they still billed my checking account $ 29.95.
I called and emailed my bank and they said they'd look into it and get back to me. They didn't get back to me and even allowed fic-fac to charge me another $ 29.95 .
I closed my bank account. I called fic-fac and spoke to a woman there. She said she hadn't gotten my cancellation and therefore couldn't refund my money (even though I never used their services). She said that everyone that signed up for the free trial of Acai Berry tablets were automatically signed up for a weight loss program thru fic-fac.
I told her I didn't have a need to lose any weight and would never have signed up for information on something I couldn't/wouldn't use.
