I was ripped off on a refi by this woman. She sold me a 1% loan at her old company Fidelity Funding (or fidelityrates.com) . She swore up and down that it was 1% fixed not an arm. When in reality it was not only an arm, but the balance went up if I only made the 1% payment - meaning she lied to me. I thought I had a 30 years fixed rate loan and what I got was a pick a payment loan.

i am taking her to court if I can find her. She belongs in jail. She charged me 4 points on the front to supposedly buy down the rate and then there were another 4 points charged on the back so she made 8 points on my loan and now i am in foreclosure because my loan adjusted and my payment went from 2500 to over 9, 000 a month. I am losing my family home because this woman tricked me into thinking she was giving me a 1% fixed rate loan. don't ever trust her. Her new company is called Home Funding, but she's the same old Carolyn Chiu.
