When I have a payment one day late, they call me, harass me and threaten me and then CHARGE me like 15.00 $$ for a flipping phone call that they made. I didn't choose for them to call me, and I sure as HELL didnt ask them to, so WHY should I have to pay for their decisions? ? ? ?
