I am attempting to pay off a medical debt that I owe. However, they are insisting that I owe $1100.40. But I have made several payments and the debt amount is now only $260.24. I have proof of this and faxed it to them but they deny receiving any fax.

I spoke with two gentlemen who were extremely rude. They actually yelled at me and then hung up the phone.
