I've received several letters from companies stating I've won anywhere between $75, 000 and $250, 000. Enclosed with the letter is a check with instructions on what to do with the check.

I have gotten 4 or 5 of these, and when you call the number ( which goes to Canada by the way ), they instruct you to deposit your check in your bank account, then they instruct you NOT to talk to the media about your winnings...

They say the money is for state tax, and they'll send you the money via MoneyGram at your local Walmart. How can I win a multi-state lottery from Canada? When you call, either you get hung up on, or they'll block your number from calling them.
