FindFill is a job marketplace specific to 1099 healthcare professionals and post acute healthcare facilities. Our goals for our customer facilities are to make staffing affordable again while also increasing the reliability and quality of the clinicians filling their open shifts. For the clinicians utilizing our platform, we want them to make substantially more on our platform than through any other agency or marketplace app. We do this by creating maximize financial transparency for our facilities as the bill rate they advertise, is the exact pay rate the clinicians will receive. We don't take a large margin from the bill rate as is industry standard. Rather, we just charge the facility a low flat fee, by profession, for each shift filled and worked through FindFill.
