A person identified to me as a sales manager told me that the vehicle had air conditioning. All I had to do was push the button. On the way home (70 miles away), I found that either the vehicle had no air conditioning, or it was broken. I took the vehicle back in, at which time I was told that this particular model does not come with air conditioning. Upon further discussion, they agreed to install air conditioning if I come up with another $ 1000 dollars. I took the $ 1000 in on June 20. On June 29, I was informed that it would take at least 4 months to get the parts for the air conditioning, or I could exchange the vehicle for a 2009 equipped with air conditioning for approximately $3000 more.
