I alson had a 14.95 UNauthorized charge on my phone bill. When I called the phone company I was told I could not get my refund but, they would cancel next months charge. I want the name an address of the person who charged this to my account so I can press charges or file a suit against them. Who can I contact besides the FCC? I will be contacting FCC and Clark Howard.
