When I was with Comcast I had 12 phone services with my "Bundel" and I did not have to pay extra...nor when I had a complaint or needed help did the customer service department try to sell me other promo's they had going on when they were helping with a service need. Very dissapointed with FIOS service from Verizon at home and we have been Verizon people for a long time.

Need...my phone services back, *60, *67, *80 etc. we are getting a woman that won't stop calling this house from 8 AM to 8 PM on the hour...I am disabled and do not need to be answering phones all day ...if I could I would be a receptionist...

Verizon gives lousy service and tries to sell you products when you are trying to solve a problem. They also charge way More than Comcast For Less Services and then say can I help you with anything else.

Fios is NOT Faster than other services...as both my sons have pointed out to me...they took computer training and they say there is no difference between Verizon and Comcast.

Very dissapointed with the service all around.
