I signed up for Fios last week. They called me to confirm the order, then to confirm the appointment... emails as well. They did not show up. When I called, i was on hold for 45min and then was told that the technician that was supposed to come to do the installation, did not go to work. Nobody had the decency to call and to let me know. Finally got the appointment rescheduled. in addition to losing a whole day of work, they refuse to compensate me by giving me a discount or a month free or something. Can you believe these people? No work ethics!!!
