I had bought my computer at Circuit City and got the extended warranty on it. Therefore I thought it would be a good thing to take it back to them in case they had to use the warranty to fix it. Unfortunately, the computer had caught a virus. I was told that it would take a week to nine days to get it fixed. I was also told that they would call me and let me know the status on the computer before they worked on it. I did not get any calls. I called them after seven days, and finally got someone to talk to, they do not answer the phones. They had not even looked at the computer yet.

I called them several times over the next few days. On the tenth day, they told me that it had a bad virus and that it would take several more days to be fixed. On the 14th day, they told me it would be ready for pick-up the next day. It's a three hour drive from my house to the Circuit City in Tucson, and when I got there they acted like they had never got a call from me, they knew nothing about the computer. When they finally found it they told me it would be a few more days before it was fixed. I was pretty angry about it. I told the man that I had traveled almost 200 miles to get it, and as everyone knows GAS AIN'T CHEAP!

It has now been almost three weeks, and they still have not called me. I had to pay them $160 to fix this and still have not got any satisfaction for my money.
