Florida Fireplace is unethical and does not stand behind their word. Florida Fireplace recommended a Peterson gas ring with electronic controls to convert my brick wood burning fire pit to natural gas. They stated in their written quote that "the Peterson set up is designed (and tested) for your application". The fire ring would not stay lite because the electronic controls were designed for a Peterson pre-fabricated fire pit and are not suitable for a sand filled pit such as mine (per Peterson's technician). Florida Fireplace refuses to take the controls back because they were installed and burned. They said it was my responsibility to read the technical requirements before installation. I used the professional installer recommended by Florida Fireplace.
