This Rentals Insurance Company was taking in and out money from my Bank Account. I gave them permission to only take From my Bank Account $20.41 monthly.This how they were working: putting money to my account as credit then taking It Out and then they took out $245.00 They were having fun with my account all February 2010.In March I went shopping not realizing what they were doing not even looking at my account, That month I was call called from the bank telling me I overdrafted- (wow) what a shock I got.I asked the lady on the phone who was doing this and she told me.I was very mad, of course I call them.Then I had to go to my bank listening to this 2 bank reps telling me that I took money that It didn't belong to me. I explain myself of how I was suppose to know when my social security check kicks In the same days they did this.Yes I paid my Bank not $245.00 they took $304.07 from my account.all this happened Because of this Insurance company and NEVER AGAIN I will sign up for anything And the Bank have to STOP giving money out from Ledger Balalnce instead of doing this give the person a courtesy call.NOT only Am I ILL But you Mr.Ted J. Knew your company was wrong and did not offer to help.Now I'm telling my story.your company did this the sneaky way and my then Bank...SKS
