I hired a lawyer to get this clowns to replace my furnise and air, like they promise in there web ad. But they draged it out from July 08 to April 09. And still didn't pay for replacement. Because of the fine print in the contract! What I am doing is filing a compaint to Calif Dept Of Insurance. http://www.insurance.ca.gov/ I think if they get enough of this compaints may be they we go after them. I getting tired of this ripoff insurance companys getting away with murder!
