I contacted FCCI in Feb 09 and sent them $2000 to secure a investor on a property I found with the help of a real estate agent they contacted for me. After the agent gathered all the necessary documents to submit the offer she was informed that they were filing for bankruptcy. I immediately contacted FCCI and they did confirm the information and informed me that I would be receiving a refund of my money within 30 days. It has been over 8 months and still nothing. They have now have no way to contact them. If anyone has any information on this company or if there is a lawsuit started please let me know, I would definetly lime to be a part. This company basically took my money and ran.
