I have been getting calls from this number 713 777 - 2500 but did not answer because I did not know who it was. Out of curiosity I answered and the lady said she was with First IRS and calling about a breached contract, I know that I had none of the sort with the IRS. So once I questioned her..."IRS???" she THEN stated Integral Recovery Service and I had a loan that was done approx 4 years ago. After trying to set arrangements to make the payment. I was demanded that I need to make payment in full or I would be referred to my Parish or County Litigator which would be in litigation the next day. I asked who was the Parish or County Litigator that the account was being referred to in hopes with getting assistance to settle this debt. A male got on the phone very rude and irate talking about I was degrading his company and how dare I do that and just rambled on and on. I could not get a word in otherwise. He then stated that I have to pay this amount in a few days and the remaining by the end of the month and then hung up in my face. I called back, yes I called the company back and After telling him this was harrassment I was transferred to a Paralegal named Connie or A Mrs Scott or something like that stating that arrangments the man demanded in the above statement and that was the basis of the conversation. I then got a call the next day stating that they were in court and about to start litigations and I needed to pay immediately to avoid litigations because the loan was now a "hot check". I did not feel comfortable, being that in the past I HAVE dealt with debt collectors and I was not told any of this neither was my arrangements that I offered denied...It's in God's hands because after reading all these consumer complaints, I am now VERY skeptical!!! I asked for an invoice and the attachment is what I got.
