Through the internet, on Sept 23, 2009, I took the CPR test to get my CPR certificate, I passed, and to get the certificate, iy will cost me $ 29.90 U.S ( CDN=32.94). The shipping date was suppose to be Sept, 30, 2009 and I was suppose to received it in 5 business days. I never got my CPR card, and the charge was made on my credit card. I have emailed them several times ( about 10 times) and they always indicated they they have received my e-mail and that I was suppose to get a reponse within 24 hours. After several tries, I decided to cancel the order since I did not receive anything and ask them to credit my credit card. No reponse as usual. I tried to get their phone number and address, but it cannot be trace. I have a strong feeling that this company is a fraud and are conning honest people like I. I have already made a complaint in Canada with the Better Business Bureau, and would like to make another complaint for consumer fraud. Can you help me ?
