The have charged my account $11.98 two time each month for the last two months and I have not received the gift card or saver card that was promised to me when I signed up. Their website no longer exist so I can't get in contact with them to get my refund and to stop the charges from my account.

On December 1, 2 your company took $11.98 from my bank account each day and I want it back and for all of your email to stop.
