I ordered a toshiba r500 and paid $2, 168.11
I called to cancel the order the same day and was told that it was no problem.
I was given an $85 refund. NOT $2, 168.11.

The shipment was never put out. Never revceived a laptop.

I've sent multiple emails and my phone calls have been screened. I've had my lawer contact them to deal with it. That cost me an additional $500.

So, I'm going to put in a simple review of them, saying exactly what happened, every single day at a different site until I get my money back.
