order# 104-3929445-8147466 item ordered was to be brand new and was delivered withy no invoice and product was old looking and worn. the fabric portion of this product is worn and pilled and the stitching is pulled. i demand a full refund on this item, but have no invoice to make this adjustment, no invoice was in the box... just an p.o. box on the carton. which reads p.o. box 183, cana, va. 24317 thats it...plus i paid full shipping costs as well. amazon.com should be in response to this complaint, please respond to my e mail address [email protected] thankyou...
