My bank account was charged $29.95 without my approval. I quered the website provided from my bank account and found it was this fraudulant company called Fit Fac. At the website, I found a place to instant message and was able to convince the person that I did not want their services nor did I ever order anything. After persistance, I finally got them to where they agreed to return my $29.95 and gave me a confirmation number. Yes... I copied all that was said and will be watching closely to see that they comply. I do believe this can be reported to our respective State Attorney General Office - Consumer Fraud Division. If this is happening to you report it immediately. We must band together to stop these thieves.
