I agreed to try their product at no cost to myself just a 1.00 shiping and handling fee. I have just received my monthly credit card statement and I have been charged once in the amount of 37.15 from Fit-Fac and anothercharge of 75.28 from AcaiaSlim one inthe same company I bleieve. I have since then contacted both companies but they calim that they do not have my name or credit card number in their data base. How can they still be using my credit card if they do not have authorization? I have contacted my credit card provider and ask that they stop authorization but apparently they can still continue to use my card and continue charging I have also had another charge to my account as of january 22 please advise as to how I can stop this. I am a single mother and can not have the luxury of these unauthorized charges. Please help me or advise me as to what I should do I can not afford to pay my credit card company. I ive on a very strict budget. Looking forward to hearing from you soon I would appreciate any help.
