Fit Factory has an unauthorized $29.95 charge on my bank statement. I ordered trial supplement for Acai Berry Maxx online. I cancelled the order and was promised a refund of $5.95 shipment cost. BUT I soon received an order from Colotax for $45.85. It took me about a month to convince them I had not ordered this. I returned the order and got a confirmation number for my cancellation.

Today I noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank statement for $29.95 from Fit Factory. I Googled "Fit Factory" and got this cite with complaints by others about Fit Factory. One of the complaints gave a number that had resulted in the removal of the $29.95 from her bank account. I called that number at 1-800-685-2713 and talked to an Irene who told me that ordering the Acai Berry Maxx free trial offer had added me to the list of Fit Factory's monthly charges of $29.95. I complained and she canceled it and told me my bank account would be refunded the amount!

She did suggest that I call Colotox at 1-888-692-8352 to complete my complaints. Irene said that Fit Factory was with Acai Berry Maxx and I could call that customer service number 1-877-350-8480. What a convoluted mess!

I was checking my account only to discover a charge from Fit Factory for $29.95. They refused to give me a credit so I called my bank to dispute the charges and let them know that I had never authorized the charge. They have opened up an investigation into this matter. I to ordered a free trial sample from Acai Slim, I however did receive my sample, but with two week I had another change from them as well.

I see that some of you have the same problems that am having right now. I was wondering if anyone was able to do anything about this transaction from their banking account could point me in the correct direction, i just called the contact number that my bank gave me, and i had no sucess contacting them...??????????

Fit Factory looked like they might have a decent weight-loss product to try. Their site indicated you could try the product, at no cost (free, only pay shipping), for one month. I have no product and my account's been charged $29.95 I'm furious!
