Unauthorized Purchase
Well - my account has been charged also - I will dispute this charge if it does actually post to my acocunt. Right now it just "hanging" out there. According to my bank I can dispute only if the charge actually posts. I have 72 hours to wait to see if this will happen. This makes me so mad - I wish I had known about this scam before I ordered! My husband found this web-site - I am glad he did - now I know the truth!

unauthorized charges
I too ordered a "free" supply of acai berry and was charged $29.95 from Fit Factory. I called and they gave me a credit confirmation number. They said that when I ordered the berry, under the terms and conditions I would receive a free 7 day trial membership at Fit Factory and had to call to cancel or my credit card would be charged. I never saw these terms and conditions, nor did I get the confirmation email regarding this.

unauthorized charge
I looked in my bank account today and on 11/3/08, I was charged $19.95 from Fit Factory. I have NO IDEA what this charge is for. I looked online to see what the company is and saw this website. So I am making a complaint. Is there a way to get my money back?

Charges not authorized
I noticed a charge on m bank statement that i did not authorize. $29.95 charge was from Fit Factory, because I had ordered a trial sample of acai berry. The charge was suppose to be for tec support. (give me a break) They charged my bank card after only 7 days. It has now been 14 days and I have yet to receive my free trial of acai berry. I called the (1-800#) had had the charge removed.

unauthorized charges $29.95
Bought $5 trial size of acai berry. Never came but took $29.95 out of my account. I called an immediately told them to take it off. I was very firm. They said they took off the charge and gave me a confirmation number. Check your statements!!!

stealing $29.95
Ordered the trail ACAI berry for $3.95 - 10/20 (which I have not received) But I did receive a 29.95 charge for Fit Factory. Called my bank, they gave me this number: 800-660-8489 and I was pretty nasty, but eventually I got them to agree to refund my $29.95. Only time will tell.

unauthorized charge
I signed up for a trial offer for acai berry diet product, but I did NOT sign up for anything else. Now I find I have a charge of 29.95 on my account, from a company called Fit Factory, and for what I don't know. I did not authorize the charge nor did I make any purchase from this company.

I have nevered ordered anything from this company and they charged my Debit card 29.95..
My bank has filed a fraud complaint against them.

Unauthrorized charges
Ordered a Free Trial of Acai Berry -- over a week ago, never recieved (dinged my card for5$) then this charge appeared on my statement today for $29.95 for fit factory...they claimed i signed up for this when i did the trial...however, i am positive i did not...i've seen these scams before and read everything carefully -- called my bank to get a number for the charge 800-660-8489 - which is also registered to a TOWING COMPANY!!!
This is giving Oprah name a bad rep!
