Ordered a trial bottle of Slim365, canceled order unable to reach Team Fit at the phone number 866 407-1022. When I do get through it says please hold and I get disconnected. Sent a cancelation e-mail 1/29. But did not receive a return e-mail until 2/12 and by that time they had already charged my credit card for $19.95. Attempted to dispute charges with credit card but since they did not send me cancelation until after my card was charged they could not do anything abou it. A word to the wise, if you do not have a real location instead of the web do not join anything!!! As it is I can not send a letter disputing my charge as they do not exist except in cyberspace.
