I ordered a trial of a product from trypurity12.com - after receiving the trial product I cancelled my account with them. Today I had a charge on my credit card for $24.95 from selfhelpff.com - I had never heard of this company so I went to their website and initiated the "online chat" - I was told that when I ordered the trial product, I had also been signed up for their services. At no time in the terms and conditions of the purity12 product was Fitness Factory mentioned, nor was I made aware that my information had been given to them and an account was set up. The customer service person told me I should've received an email after the fact with my account information. I told them that since I had never heard of their company, nor had I agreed to them using my credit card information that I wouldn't have opened any email had I received it because to me it would've been spam. They refused to refund my money and only cancelled my account.
