I met with a personal trainer on january 14th, 2011 after work. The trainer went over the plan and suggested that I come in on January 18th at 6:30 pm after I got off from work to do a workout. I was all ready with money in hand when I arrived after work on January 18th, 2011. I even arrived 20 min. early. I waited until 6:31 and asked if the trainer by the name of Jay was in. And I was informed he was not yet in. I waited a few minutes more and still no trainer and all the other trainers were busy. I became very irritated because I also serve the public and if I am late my pay is cut. I had also cancelled a previous appointment to workout that day, so I missed making money to be sitting waiting to spend money. That Gym is RUDE. That is not the first time I have been treated rudly there. Customer service is SO bad. I paid my membership up front so when it expires I am done and will never recommend that place to anyone!!!
