Ordered 2 Fix It Pro Pens, Fix It Home, & Microfiber Cloth for $19.95 plus $9.95 S&H. I DECLINED all the extra stuff. When I got to the S&H page it said it would take 3 to 6 weeks. The Express S&H charge would be and extra $6.95. I took the express S&H and then saw the invoice total $50.80. Tried to contact company (no phone number, only a no-reply email account). WATCH OUT!!! THIS IS A SCAM OUTFIT!! I will file a charge back with the credit card. Gee, so many others are having the same experience!!!

After hearing this product promoted on TV for 'only 9.95' including 2 tubes of fixit and a free hand held vacuum I went to the web site. The web site indicated that shipping and handling charges would be added to the cost.

In order to see what the shipping/handling costs were, I filled out information that included my address and credit card number. With shipping and handling, the cost would be $32, 50 - a long cry from the advertised price.

I immediately left the web page and closed my browser. I did not enter any 'order' command. I did not receive any order confirmation from the company, but lo and behold, the package arrived on my doorstep and a charge had been made to my credit card.

I called the customer service number and was told that as soon as I entered the credit card number, the order had been made, I didn't need to confirm the order. I told the lady this is not a standard business practice when ordering from the internet, she said it is their company way of doing business.

I said I would be sending the package back, and since I had not ordered it, I did not think I should pay the $22.55 shipping/handling for a supposed $9.95 item. She told me I would be charged that amount because it is their company policy.

I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment on this item.
