Time is still going on with this complaint.. Ron Hoover RV came out sat in these chairs, found that it was to be true these chair are defaulted!
Newmar Rep and Ron Hoover RV was on a three way conference call with FLAIR!
Big deal right... FLAIR... still claims that there is nothing wrong with there product..
But finally decide to ship chair framing ( ha ha) but not the totally chair...
So once again.. Flair has no Customer Relation... as for in their case... the customer is nothing... They say they are good so they are good... The customer is stuck with broken chairs... So much for Flair... they have a Gold Mine unless customer start refusing to purchase there products... the word needs to get out...
