DO NOT rent a vacation rental from BEN HARRIS off of *****list Miami or any other regions. It is a scam! His office listed on the invoice is not a real office, they never heard of him.
Flamingo and the Miami police report this as a big problem, so verify the person is a licensed realtor before sending money. Paypal does not reimburse for this either.
