I called in to the office and asked them for the address to make online bill pay payments. The representative was very rude and started telling me that I was behind in my payments. I advise her that I was aware that is why I am setting them up on online bill pay to insure that they get the payments online. I advise her knowing their history I did not wish to give them information over the phone. The representative refused to give me an address to set the payments up and told me that I needed to make the payments by money gram. She started to verbally attack me, and started arguing with me on how the payments should be made. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she refused until I just hung up. I asked myself what does this company have to hide? Why is it that the address is top secret?
