I tried creating a Legacy Photo Book in KodakGallery.Com. After no luck in being able to edit my book, I decided the window that showed I needed to update Flash software maybe was correct. I clicked on it and it gave me a Flash Logo and a one-year, two-year, three-year offer plus Download Excelerator Software for downloading movies more quickly. I purchased the 3-year offer. Then a window came up saying I could use their Secure Visa program by entering a user name, password, etc. I got confirmation of the Visa payment and a NEXT arrow. When I clicked next the confirmation window disappeared and I got a weird username/password and a logon page. When I clicked on the Logon page it took me back to downloading software again.
I never got the e-mail receipt as promised. I spent $49.95 and had no proof of anything. I went to my credit card company and logged a complaint, canceled the order, and canceled my credit cards.
