Ordered a flashlight Feb 2010 (Streamlight Survivor), supposed to get an update about shipping, waited 10 days, well into March 2010. Emailed a request for update, nothing. Cancelled order and will remove them from "Buy List" at the firehall. I feel personally insulted and embarassed that I had them put on the "Buy List" at work. Should have researched more about this company before. They should be embarassed how they treat deployed soldiers and customer service in general. I have seen on other consumer sites that a "rep" will help if you email them directly...too little, too late. Why one would run a company like this is beyond me.
