I received a letter informing me that I now owed rental payments to Flatirons Financial instead of my landlord. I went and talked to them. I paid one month's rent and a pet deposit that equaled $675. At the end of the month I received a record of the payment to them. I also received a notice of rental payment due for the next month. On the first I mailed the new rental payment. It came back in the mail as undeliverable. I went to the location of their office and it is obvious that they are no longer conducting business there.
