Did not work for either of my pets. and i only got a refund for 1 of them. i was in contact with the company via email for a few days. they told me that i could only get a refund for one of my 3-bottle orders. well, i was splitting the 3 bottles between 2 dogs. when the 3rd bottle was nearing its end, i ordered 3 more so that they could both have a 3 month cycle. my pets did not see results...and i know that this happens. not all animals will respond the same. they are from the same litter, so maybe they have some freakish unresponsive gene...who know? what i do know is that the correspondences with their customer service ended when i mentioned the fact that i was giving this to 2 different animals. that's 3 bottles per dog/patient. shouldn't the money back guarantee be on a case-by-case basis? They were quick to give me half of my money back, so i guess that's a perk. i first contacted them on 5/12/10 and then again on 8/30/10 about the other half of my refund. their final correspondence came to me on 8/31/10...i responded, but with no answer as of yet. i don't like leaving bad reviews, but i like even less the shelling out of $80 and shipping on a product without getting results.
