cancelled airtime as from last year 2007 and I recieved a call stating that it was cancelled but deductions continued from my absa account up until last month. This unfair I have sent faxes appealing up to now I did not get a response. Can you assist in this regard becuase it has cuased a lot of financial burdento my family.
