Taking money for ridiculous service

2005 November, Flexicell start debit my account for the amount R129 a month for airtime, that I did not receive from them and when I phone them they promise to post a SIM CARD to me but that didn't happen until today the i decided to stop them not to debit any money from my account and they promise to refund me all the money that they took from my account is two (2) months now and nothing is happening they keep on telling me that they are busy with my request, that is ridiculous their services is poor, what they good at is taking my money but they service is poor.

Deducting 2 much money

Since i started with flexicell they have taken my money instead of r69 they have been taking r279 from may month and r207 thereafter i have called 100 times but till today nothing happened i even canceled but i dont know how they still deduct money i even thought of changing my bank account but what about my other debit orders i even send a letter maybe they will respond.
