I paid $548.90 for a flight ticket from San Francisco to Taiwan on Feb., 24, 2011, but had an unexpected situation where the airline company cancelled my flight. I called the customer services agents of priceline.com, and explained the situation to them. They said that they will refund my flight ticket but have to charge me a penality fee of $200. Therefore, I will receive a total refund of $348.90. However, I just found that on Feb., 28, 2011, they attempted to penalize me twice by posting a separate $ 200 charge on my account and then only refunding me $348.90. I contacted the customer services agents again, but they appeared to be NOT understanding. It seems to me that the priceline.com has been using this kind of trick to rip off their cumosters!! BE CAREFUL!!
