I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08.
I have been trying to call up these guys from ezeeego for last 20 days but nobody seems to give heed to any mails or calls. It is the worst experience i have had with any service industry. The company is the sister concern of cox n Kings which i thought were pioneers in travels. I don't know whom to approac now !!
