When calling customer support or technical support, most agents are less than helpful. flipnetworks is a well marketed and misleading company. At the end of the day, it's an expensive do it yourself SEO company. If you want something done right, do yourself a favor and do not use flipnetworks.com. You'll turn old grey and very frustrated dealing with this poorly organized company. Just because they claim their fame does not mean a whole of a lot anymore.
