DO NOT order from these incompetent people. I placed an order Monday, requested and paid for overnight shipping. Tomorrow is FRIDAY and I am not even going to get one item from my order.
I called when I placed my order and was told that it would be processed and sent in 24 hours. 2 days later, it still wasnt processed or sent. I sent them an email and called them. I was NOT happy at this point in time and was not very nice in my email and let them know that they had ruined my birthday plans for my husband.
The "owner" emailed me back and told me that there was more to live than blaming them for ruining my husbands birthday and that they had more customers than me to deal with and that I should re-read my emails and see how bad I sound to them. REALLY???!! This is a professional business????? It sounds like some place that is ran out of a basement somewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I haven't even got any products yet, so I can't comment on if they are as described.
