We received notification from our mortgage company that we were now 3months in rears. Call to DeLeon and he said he would let the negotiator know, call back from DeLeon and said it would be complete in a week.
Received another letter and if we did not bring our loan current ...foreclosure! Called mortgage company and they had no record of anyone from said company and did not know anything about a loan modification.
Now our mortgage company is working with us on a modification. FML is a TOTAL SCAM, how can you get a refund if they are not reachable or return your calls---a letter to request LOL. Check with your mortgage company FIRST as we learned the hard way. These people involved will have to answer to a Higher Power one day. I hope the FBI investigates.
