On 7th December I ordered, a In car phone holder for a HTC hero and Iphone 4 screen prtectors as gifts for Xmas. The money was taken from my account but as yet the goods have failed to arrive. I have sent 4 emails, and taken advice from the Governments Consumer Direct Department. It is worth noting that this Website has no contact address or telephone number, and is in breach of certain consumer laws. (this is getting looked into).

As of today 27th December I am without my goods, without my money and would like it refunded.
