Beware of Floorus.com and its sister site, Greenland Flooring! (They also go under other storefront names on Ebay and Amazon). They mislead consumers by advertising products that they do not have; they do this to drive traffic to their site, then take the consumer's money without delivering the product (see other complaints). Sometimes, they suggest an alternative product because the consumer's ordered product is allegedly out of stock; in other words, they never had the product advertised, but they hope that the consumer will be willing to purchase something else. It is an unethical business tactic designed to manipulate the consumer.
