DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They DO NOT send your order, they DO NOT answer e-mail, They DO NOT return phone calls. They only charge your credit card and send a fake order confirmation. I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. They advertise same day delivery but after 3 phone calls and multiple emails, the flowers were never delivered, the email went unanswered, and the phone calls were never returned. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not order from this company! Major scam artists! What I received in no way resembled what I had ordered. It was a pitiful arrangement that I had spent about $150.00 for. Flowers were wilted and did not include that main flowers that were supposed to be in it. I have been calling their "customer service" number and only get an answering service, no matter what time of day I call. They have given me their "shop" numbers and both of those are disconnected. Major scam! I have tried to contact them via email through their website demanding a refund as their policy stated, but I haven't gotten response from them. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. A week later, still no return calls from their company.
