I sent a C.O.D. package from the Croton On Hudson,NY, on February 16,2007. It was never received by my customer. I have made numerous trips to the Post Office. I have sent many e-mails. I have made 11 telephone calls to them as well as to the recipients California Post Office. I have written letters to various agency's including the Post Master General. To no avail. d4c58.
