This morning I called Florida Department of Children & Families to only ask a question concerning my food stamps benefits, the case worker who is handling my case called me back to ask me what the problem was, and when I tried to explain she became very short with me and cut me off. The entire conversion she was very rude, no manors, totally disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor customer skills. i think it need to addressed.
