On 24 April 2009 I emailed Vanessa Mason of Flourishing Fairies a special request. Flourishing fairies is a company making pewter and glass fairies. As I explained to Vanessa the fairies was supposed to be gifts to close family members on my late baby girls birthday. My baby girl passed away on the 1 March 2009 and Vanessa said it would be done in time for her birthday on the 3rd September to present the family with this as a token of remembrance. I paid the deposit of R1405 in May and in August the balance of R1405. Vanessa said she posted it on the 17th August but never received a tracking number from the post office, Nowhere in the world can you post anything (a box) without a tracking number, she can't even present me with a slip from the postoffice that she paid for the delivery and with my adress on. I think she is heartless never even made it and used the money on something else. I can't get hold of her by phone, sms, email or face book. I am a grieving mother and my heart is broken about the death of my daughter and now Vanessa made my dream into a nightmare. I just want my money back so I can buy other remebrance tokens for my babies birthday.
