I have never put in a complaint about anything in my life but when I went to this flower shop in Crabtree (Flowers Tlc Crabtree Gifts) I knew I had to do something. My daughter and I went in to get my wife flowers and I asked a few questions about the price of flowers. The owner was okay at first and got the flowers we asked for came to the register with the flowers and I asked if he was going to wrap them in paper...He answered: Do you really want these? I said yes; he then took the flowers broke them in half and threw them away and told us (and I quote) to "get the hell out of here, go to Greensburg and get your flowers." I can't believe that they are still in business and I hope that everyone who reads this never goes there. They lost several customers because of the owner being rude. I hope he loses his FTD association no customer has to deal with the owners of a business acting like that.
