The ****ing thing cant measure 1000V PULSED DC, IT READS "3.000" vdc or "0.01 vac. or ristacec over 20 megs. i used it to test a 44 meg juntion, for a raido scanner it says "OL" or "15 megs" It also has emf errors due to its lack of rf choke coills. It is CRAP! ALSO NO FILTER CAPs.
